Our Beginning

Jamuiyyat Tabliigh Da’awa Assalafiyya was established in the early 1980s by visionary Sheikhs who sought to preserve and promote authentic Islamic teachings. Their aim was to establish a platform for religious outreach, education, and unity among Muslims, grounded in the teachings followed by the Salaf Swaleheen.

Over the decades, JTDS has expanded its work across Uganda, contributing to Islamic learning, moral guidance, and community support for Muslims of different ages and backgrounds. The organisation continues to pursue its mission through religious education, da’wah, and community-focused initiatives.
